site history

Chaotic was established in August, 2007. This was not my first site. I first started getting interest in web design probably when I was 12 or 13. I started out on that kid's websites Neopets. Heard of it? haha Well I was addicted to it and I think its still around today, I havent checked in a while. Anyway, I always wanted to create those "guild layouts" for people but I only had paint. I started websites using geocities, freewebs, etc. They werent that good, but I still loved doing them and I got pretty good at CSS/HTML. It was just my lack of designing skills that held me back. Then I kinda got over that faze and moved on toward the myspace faze! Haven't we all? lol Anyway, I heard about photofiltre and started messing around with that as well as lunapic.com. Then just a few months ago, I finally got my hands on better programs to work with. I mean, a lot better programs like Adobe Photoshop CS2, etc. So now I have been getting better with photoshop and am refreshing my memory on my skills with CSS/HTML. Then in April 2007 I opened up a website for myspace layouts/help on myspace. Then in August 2007 I got inspired to create a website so I can help more people and have more of my own blog to express myself. I created a website on freewebs and also at the same time joined hostee.net which totally helped me get hosted! Less than a week later I was hosted by Tano-Shii.com which turned into F.erocio.us which I really love! I deffintely recommend signing up. Then In December 2007 I purchased my own domain name, So-Lush. The rest is yet to come! I am excited to say that the site is growing as we speak and I know So-Lush is small now, but I hope to develope into something great. I really want to focus on developing my web design skills as well as help people with graphics, tutorials, whatever you need. I think a lot of the basic coding and tricks are left unwritten and I really hope to fill those gaps with my site. I plan to help with the very basics of web design and coding as much as I can to help future web designers have a great start at their work!
